This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail. It is relevant that the applicant herein is father-inlaw of the complainant and in respect of husband of the complainant, this Court has already allowed the anticipatory bail application bearing Criminal Application (ABA) No. 680 of 2018. In the present case, the complainant has made allegations of the demand of dowry and harassment against the applicant. But, since this Court has already allowed the application of the husband of the complainant by a separate order passed today, for the reasons stated in the order allowing said Criminal Application (ABA) No. 680 of 2018, the present application is also allowed on the same conditions on which interim order was passed in favour of the applicant on 05.10.2018.
