The only prayer made by the petitioners is for expeditious consideration of the representation dated 16.10.2023 made to the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Amravati in the matter of seeking transfer from the difficult area. 2.

The learned counsel for the respondent no.3 submits that this representation is yet to reach the Office of the Chief Executive Officer. In these facts, the writ petition is disposed of by directing the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Amravati to consider the said representation in accordance with law and take a decision within a period of six weeks of receiving the copy of this order. No costs.
