NOVEMBER 26, 2024 By present application, the subsequent purchasers of the land under question seek permission to join them as petitioners. They have purchased the property from petitioner nos. 3, 4 and 5.

2] Mr. H.D. Futane, learned A.G.P. appears on behalf of respondent no.1 and submits that he has no objection if the application is allowed. None appears for respondent no.2, though served.

3] In view of above and for the reasons set out in the application, the same is allowed, as prayed for. Necessary amendment be carried out within a week. Amended copy be served on the other side.

4] The civil application is disposed of.
