The present petition challenges the order dated 3rd of November, 2016 passed by the respondent no.2, appointing an Administrator to the Panchayat Samati, Chamorshi, Grampanchayat Vikaspalli.

Learned counsel appearing for the respondent no.4, submits that subsequently an election has already been held on 23.01.2020 and the elected committee has also assumed office, as a result of which, the present petition has become infructuous. None appears for the petitioner, place the matter in second half today.

Mr. A. R. Sharma, learned counsel h/f Mr. Amol Mardikar, learned counsel for the petitioner appeared in the second half, and admitted to the position that elections to the Grampanchayat have subsequently been held on 23.01.2020, as result of which, now there is no longer an Administrator in

Considering the same, the petition is dismissed as infructuous.
