This application by the applicant is filed for withdrawal of the amount deposited by the appellant / VIDC in this Court.

Learned counsel for the other side strongly oppose the application for withdrawal of the amount on the ground that the amount deposited is substantially huge as excess compensation was granted by the Reference Court.

In view of the objections raised by other side, applicant is permitted to withdraw the amount to the extent of 50% on his furnishing security to the satisfaction of the Registrar (J) of this Court. Until further orders of this Court, no withdrawal shall be granted.
