After matter was heard for sometime, when we expressed that we are not inclined to interfere in the matter exercising jurisdiction under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, learned Advocate for the applicant sought permission to withdraw the Criminal Application with liberty to file appropriate application before appropriate forum after filing of the charge-sheet. 2.
