Shri Anjan De, learned counsel on instructions, states that the petitioners may be permitted to withdraw the petition leaving every question raised open for determination at the time of final hearing of the notice issued under Section 45 of the Agricultural Produce Marketing (Development and Regulation) Act, 1963.
