The only grievance raised is that the proposal dated 16/05/2023, submitted to the respondent No. 2 for approval to the appointment of the petitioner No.2, is not been decided by considering the grievance raised by the petitioner. The respondent No. 2, is therefore directed to decide the proposal dated 16/05/2023 by taking into consideration any pleas which may be put before him by the petitioner in support thereof by way of an affidavit, which affidavit shall be filed by the petitioner No. 2 by 10/09/2024. The proposal dated 16/05/2023, thereafter, shall be decided by the respondent No. 2, by considering the pleas raised by the petitioner in the affidavit, within a period of two weeks thereafter. The petition is accordingly disposed of in the above terms. No costs.
