Heard Shri F.T. Mirza, learned counsel for the applicant. He has pointed out the report lodged by the Complainant Dipali Chavan. He has also pointed out the statement of account issued by the Union Bank of India, Rajkamal Chowk Branch, Amravati and declaration of result of the complainant.

As per the report, scholarship of the year 201112 was not paid to her but the statement of the account issued by the Union Bank of India, Rajkamal Chowk, Amravati, show entry in respect of payment of scholarship to her on 13.08.2012.

While granting ad interim anticipatory bail by this Court on 05.10.2018, this Court observed that other persons are also granted protection by this Court in similar matters i.e. in Criminal Application (ABA) Nos. 760/2017 and 153 of 2018.

Ms. Trupti Udeshi, learned APP for the respondent - State is strongly objecting the application on the ground that the applicant is not cooperating with the prosecution, he is not disclosing the name of Head Master/ Principal and other relevant information.

0512aba704.18 The Investigating Agency is at liberty to collect the information from the concerned department, on that ground Anticipatory bail cannot be refused.

Hence, Ad interim bail granted by this Court on 05.10.2018 is hereby confirmed.
