This is an application for grant of permission to withdraw the amount of compensation deposited by the appellants as per the award passed by the reference court. 2.

The First Appeal No.207/2000 is decided on 11.02.2015. Considering the reasons mentioned in the application, the application deserves to be allowed. The application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (i) and (ii) of this application.
