Parties have accepted the amounts awarded by the Reference Court as full and final settlement of the claim. Hence the appeal is disposed of in terms of the settlement as arrived at. The claimant is free to withdraw the amount of compensation along with accrued interest. Civil Application and the First Appeal is disposed of as compromised. Decree be drawn accordingly. Appellant is entitled for refund of court fee as per rules.
