This is an application seeking condonation of delay of 18 days in filing the First Appeal.

Heard learned counsel for the respective parties. For the reasons mentioned in the Application, I am satisfied that the delay deserves to be condoned. The delay of 18 days is hereby condoned. The Civil Application stands disposed of. FIRST APPEAL NO........./2017.

Learned counsel for the respondent nos.1 and 2 submits that connected appeal has been disposed of. However, Mr Maldhure, learned counsel for the appellant submits that an application for recall of the said judgment passed in First Appeal No.1062/2017 is pending before the learned single judge of this Court. In view thereof, the present Appeal be tagged with First Appeal No.1062/2017.
