Heard learned counsel for the rival parties.
Looking to the facts that the concerned employee is dismissed from service after holding departmental enquiry and appeal against the said termination order is pending before the School Tribunal, Nagpur, the petitioner should be relegated to the alternate remedy available in law namely; filing of appropriate complaint in the competent court.
In that view of the matter, we make the following order.
ORDER.
Criminal Writ Petition No.1022 of 2014 is disposed of reserving liberty in favour of the petitioner to take steps as available in law i.e. filing of appropriate complaint in the competent court.
