By way of the present application, the petitioner prays for early hearing of the petition by fixed date. Learned Counsel for the petitioner invited our attention to the statement in the application referring to earlier order of this Court dated 4.1.2012, whereby this Court considering the issue involved in the petition though it fit to fix the matter in June, 2012. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that though the matter was fixed for hearing but due to paucity of time it could not reach. Learned Counsel then submitted that the petition is pending in this Court for a long period and the petitioner is in advance age.

Learned Counsel for the respondents have no objection for allowing the application for early hearing. 4.

For the reasons stated in the application, the civil application is allowed. List the petition for final hearing on 16/11/2017.
