The order passed in Writ Petition No.2471 of 2018, thereby directing the respondent nos. 3 and 4 to supply original service book and last pay drawn certificate to the petitioner and further to process the pay bills and pay the salary to the petitioner for a period of 2008 to 2011 within four weeks, was not complied with according to the petitioner.

After issuance of notice, the respondents have supplied the original service book and last pay drawn certificate to the petitioner and the respondents have deposited a Demand Draft of Rs.1,20,796/- on 17.12.2020 and a Demand Draft of Rs.4,83,095/-

910 CP-320-2019 deposited on 01.01.2021 in this Court. Thus, the entire salary arrears have been cleared by the respondents. The petitioner is entitled to withdraw the same from the Registry of this Court.

In view of the compliance of the directions issued in Writ Petition No.2471 of 2018, the contempt petition is disposed of.
