By order dated 30.09.2025 this Court had imposed cost of Rs. 20,000/- upon the applicant also the nonapplicant no. 2 while quashing the First Information Report in question.

Today, learned counsel for the applicants files pursis across the bar evidencing the payment of said cost and the same has been done also by the non-applicant no. 2. The cost has been deposited and a pursis has been filed. In that view of the matter no further orders are required. 3.
