We are inclined to dispose of the present petitions as the petitioners' applications/ proposals to start 5th Standard in their school are pending with the respondent since 2010. Therefore, by keeping all the points open and in

2 wp49.15+3 the interest of justice, we direct the respondent concerned to decide the applications/proposals, in accordance with law, as early as possible, preferably within three months. 5.

All the petitions are accordingly disposed of with liberty. No costs.
