The application is disposed as withdrawn. No costs.
On query, it is pointed out by the learned Senior Advocate as well as the learned APP that the crime is registered against five accused (including the applicant) and four of them are released on bail.
The Sessions Court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude it within six months. If the accused who are released on bail fail to attend the trial or fail to co-operate for the expeditious trial, the learned Sessions Judge shall refer the matter for cancellation of the bail granted to those accused.
