However, three months time is too early considering the fact that the charge-sheet has been filed some times in the month of August, 2022.

The applicant is allowed to withdraw the present application with liberty to file afresh, if trial is not commenced within six months from today. Copy of this order be furnished to the trial Court to take note of the aforesaid fact.
