Perused the letter dated 05.11.2024 received from Additional Sessions Judge-3, Wardha for extension of time to dispose of Special Case No.24/2019.

It is seen from the record that earlier also extension of time was sought and granted by this Court. However, considering the reasons mentioned in the letter, further six months time is extended to conclude the trial. It is made clear that the learned Judge to take endeavour to conclude the trial within extended period.
