In view of orders dated 06.02.2018 issued by the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Bhandara produced by Shri Kapgate, learned counsel for respondent no.1 at "Exh.X", and corrigendum dated 08.02.2018 at "Exh.Y", we find that the grievance of petitioner stands redressed.
