JANUARY 13, 2016 It is not in dispute that the alleged forgery of the Consent Deed is said to have been made by the applicant, who is real brother of the complainant, for mutating his name in the revenue records in respect of the agricultural land. Further, in the light of the fact that a civil suit is pending in the Court and the FIR is being lodged on 19.11.2015, in my view, following order is required to be passed.

ORDER

(i) Rule is made absolute in terms of interim order dated 09.12.2015.
