We were not inclined to entertain the writ petition in view of the provisions of the Maharashtra Land Requisition Act, 1948.
However, the learned Government Pleader fairly states that since it is the case of the petitioner that the experts that have come to Nagpur for conducting the interviews are residing in the part of the premises and they would be stationed at Nagpur till the interviews are concluded on 27.11.2016, the petitioners could make a representation to the Collector, Nagpur and the Collector, Nagpur would consider the same at the earliest.
The petitioner-University, if it so desires, could make a representation to the Collector, Nagpur, who in turn would consider the grievance of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders.
The writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. JUDGE JUDGE
