By way of this application, the appellant is seeking permission to deposit the entire decreetal amount alongwith interest. This Court vide order dated 23.07.2019 has permitted to deposit the entire amount within a period of 10 weeks, however, it was not deposited, for some reasons.

Without prejudice the rights of other side, the appellant is permitted to deposit the amount as prayed within two weeks from today.

The Civil Application is disposed accordingly.

2 cao2093.19 CIVIL APPLICATION (CAF) NO. 2655 OF 2019 By this application, appellant is seeking stay to the effect and operation of the impugned order passed in M.A.C.P. No. 247 of 2012.

Today, the appellant was permitted to deposit the decreetal amount within two weeks and he is ready to comply accordingly. In view of that, execution and implementation of impugned order is stayed for two weeks from today. Subject to the condition that the appellant deposits the amount as agreed.

The Civil Application stand disposed of.
