This is an application filed under Section 11(6) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking appointment of an Arbitrator.

After hearing the parties on 22.02.2019, the statement of disclosure was called from Shri S.V. Purohit, Advocate. Accordingly, the statement to that effect dated 09.04.2019 has been submitted indicating that the said Arbitrator has no interest in the dispute and he is not acquainted with either of the parties. In that view of the matter, Shri S.V. Purohit, Advocate is appointed as an Arbitrator in terms of agreements dated 04.08.2010 and 01.08.2013.

The applicant to pay process fees of Rs.7,500/- within a period of three weeks from today.
