02nd August, 2017 By this application, it is prayed that the execution of the impugned decree be stayed during pendency of the appeal. It is submitted that the applicants are in possession of the suit property and as the appeal has been admitted, their possession deserves to be protected.

There is no reply filed opposing the prayer made in the application. Ad interim relief was granted on 26th April, 2016. Hence, during pendency of the appeal, the execution of the impugned decree shall remain stayed. Appellants, however, shall not create any third-party rights in the suit property.

Civil Application is disposed of.
