Heard.
The only prayer made by the petitioner is for a direction to the respondent No.2 for paying the retiral benefits to the petitioner.
Shri Rathi, the learned counsel for the respondent No.2, fairly admits the claim of the petitioner for the retiral benefits and states that the retiral benefits were not paid to the petitioner in view of the financial crunch. It is stated that the same would be paid to the petitioner in installments as early as possible and within a period of six months.
By accepting the statement made by the learned counsel for the respondent No.2, which would be binding on the respondent No.2, we dispose of the writ petition with no order as to costs.
