DATE : 17.03.2015 By this petition the petitioner seeks a direction to the respondent no.2 to pay the retiral benefits to the petitioner. Shri Rathi, the learned Counsel for the respondent no.2 states that the retiral benefits could not be paid to the petitioner due to financial crisis and the same would be paid to the petitioner as early as possible and positively within a period of four months.

By accepting the statement made on behalf of the respondent no.2, which would be binding on the respondent no.2, we dispose of the writ petition with no order as to costs. JUDGE JUDGE Wadkar
