The petitioner sought direction to the Magistrate to take action under Section 83 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the order under Section 82 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 is already issued by the learned Magistrate and as per the procedure after complying with Section 82, order under Section 83 would follow.
Record shows that there is a delay in issuing such order. Learned Magistrate is directed to expedite the matter. In such circumstances, nothing remains in this petition.
Hence, the petition stands disposed of.
