The office report indicates that this notice could not be served on the petitioner as the petitioner was not residing at the address given in the cause title of the proceedings. The petitioner is unrepresented. As the petitioner cannot be served for want of correct address it would not be possible for the Court to proceed further with adjudication of the writ petition.
