There is a delay of 1539 days caused in filing application for bringing legal representatives of deceased respondent No.9 on record.

The appeal is of the year 2018. It is admitted vide order dated 10/04/2019. It is stated on oath in the application for condonation of delay that the appellant was not aware about the demise of deceased respondent No.9. 4.

In that view of the matter, both applications are allowed. Necessary amendment be carried out on or before 07/11/2025.
