By this application, applicants/respondent nos. 1 to 3, who are the original claimants seeks transfer of deposited amount along with accrued interest thereon to the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Gondia.

From the record it is clear that Insurance Company has deposited the amount with the registry of this Court in the year 2005 and this appeal was disposed of on 10.01.2007.

As such, since 2005 the amount is lying with the registry of this Court. The claimants stated in their application that they are unable to attend this Court for withdrawal of the amount and therefore, seeks transfer of the amount as stated above.

For the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed. The Registry is directed to transfer the amount lying along with accrued interest thereon to the Chairman, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Gondia. It is made clear that after transfer of the amount, the Chairman, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Gondia shall permits the
