The applicant is a retired Talathi. In Civil dispute amongst the family members, the FIR was lodged after few years after the alleged forgery. The family members have already been granted the relief by order dated 13.01.2016 in Criminal Application No.653/2015.

That being so, following order is passed.

ORDER

(i) Criminal Application No.654/2015 is allowed.

(ii) Rule is made absolute in terms of interim order dated 14.12.2015.
