When the Court was about to dismiss the application looking to the seriousness of the matter that a minor girl was sold in Rajasthan and thereafter she was compelled to marry with present applicant, learned counsel for applicant submits that he wishes to withdraw the present application.

The application is dismissed as withdrawn.
