Learned counsel for respondents have filed this application for withdrawal of amount. Respondent Nos.2 to 5-c have given power of attorney to respondent No.3, as there is medical emeregency. Applicant has requested to release amount of Rs.3,63,881/- with accrued interest, as the small child is suffering from brain tumor and amount is required for medical treatment.

Registry is directed to release the said amount within two weeks.
