By this application, the applicant is seeking relaxation of condition for grant of anticipatory bail.

The applicant was released on bail by this Court by imposing the condition that "The applicant shall not enter into the vicinity of village Dhotrabhangoji, till culmination of the trial." 3.

It is the contention of the applicant that he is running business at the said place. The parents of the applicant are old aged persons who are constantly required to be looked after by the applicant.

The said condition was imposed considering the apprehension of tampering of the witnesses. The subsequent development is that two NC reports are also filed against the present

(2) 11.appp.2008.2024 applicant, alleging the threatening by the present applicant. Thus, considering the nature of the offence registered against the present applicant and the subsequent NCs are field alleging that he has threatened the witnesses, at this stage, no case is made out for relaxing the said condition of grant of anticipatory bail.

The liberty is granted to the applicant to approach this Court, after six months.
