OCTOBER 06, 2025 1) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and respondents.

2) Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the petition on the ground that during the pendency of the writ petition, the vehicle in question was already released by the Authority. The petitioner also seeks liberty to challenge the order passed by the Competent Authority by filing an appeal before the appropriate Authority.

3) In view of above, the petition stands disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. All the contentions are kept open.
