Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. He submits that during pendency of this petition, the petitioner has cleared T.E.T in August-2020 and therefore, the petitioner is desirous of making a fresh representation for reconsideration of the whole issue about grant of approval to her appointment and accordingly prays for requisite liberty, while also seeking leave to withdraw the writ petition.

Leave to withdraw the writ petition is granted. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to make a fresh representation as above to respondent No.1 within two weeks from the date of the order and, if it is made, Kavita
