The present application is filed for speaking to minutes seeking correction in the third line of the operative part of the judgment dated 08.09.2025 and also for modification of the operative order.

2. Figure "12" appearing in the third line of the operative part of the judgment be replaced with figure "15". Also, the operative part of the judgment is modified as under:- "it requires to grant compensation for 15 trees by allowing the cross-objection, hence, the cross objection is allowed. Compensation of Rs. 49,905/- is granted with interest and all statutory benefits excluding the period of 3085 days".
