DATE : 13.2.2015 This is an application filed by the respondent no.1(d) praying for permission to withdraw the amount as per her entitlement. This Court by the order passed on Civil Application No.1569/2014 on 4 th July, 2014 permitted the legal heirs of original respondent no.1 [which includes the

2 caf422.15 respondent no.1(d)] to withdraw the amount of Rs.5,00,000/-. It appears that there is inter se dispute amongst the legal heirs of original respondent no.1. The Registrar (J.) shall disburse the amount as per the shares of respondents 1(a) to 1(g) separately as per the order passed by this Court on 4 th July, 2014. The civil application is allowed in the above terms.
