Hence, there shall be stay to the execution of impugned award dated 01.08.2024 passed by the Presiding Officer Land Acquisition, Resettlement and Rehabilitation Authority, Nagpur in Case No.1141/AMT/BLD/2019 shall be stayed till disposal of the appeal.
