This petition takes exception to the order dated 18-10-2024 essentially on the ground that no reason has been recorded by Sub Divisional Officer, Hinganghat while vacating the interim relief granted by the same authority on 03-10-2024 in favour of the petitioner.

Heard learned Counsel for both the sides.

Perusal of the impugned order does not indicate recording of any reason for which interim relief granted stood vacated. For want of recording reason for passing the said order, it cannot sustain. Hence, it is set aside.

Considering the nature of proceedings and since the issue of the way to the agricultural land is involved herein,
2 wp 6542.24.odt the SDO is directed to decide the original proceeding itself in a time bound manner.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner and contesting respondents are unanimously state that four weeks time would be a reasonable for disposal of the proceedings. Hence SDO is directed to dispose of the proceeding within a period of four weeks from the date of appearance of the parties before the SDO. 6.
Both parties are hereby directed to appear before the SDO on 17-06-2025. The SDO is not required to issue any fresh notice.

Petition is disposed of in above terms.
