It is informed that the matter is amicably settled between the parties. However, one of the properties which is subject matter of the settlement is not subject matter of the suit out of which the present appeal arises.

In view of the above, the respondent, who is original plaintiff, has moved application for amendment of plaint.

Learned Advocate for the appellants/original defendants does not have any objection for allowing the application for amendment since the matter is already compromised.

In view of the above, civil application is allowed. Necessary amendment be carried out on or before 17/10/2025. No order as to costs.
