The learned A.P.P. has pointed out that Criminal Application (BA) No.844/2018 filed by the applicant earlier is disposed by this Court as withdrawn on 17th September, 2018. The applicant has neither pointed out this fact in the application now filed, nor the copy of order is placed on record. It appears that the applicant took chance and has attempted to obtain orders by suppressing the relevant facts from this Court. Apart from this, I do not find any change in the circumstances.
