OCTOBER 29, 2024 The grievance of the counsel for the petitioners is that they were not permitted to file reply-cum-written submissions before the Assistant Registrar, Cooperative Societies, Chikhali, respondent No.1 herein.

Learned Government Pleader submits that if the petitioners file reply-cum-written submissions, within seven days from today, the same will be considered by respondent No.1. In view thereof, the purpose will be served by issuing following directions.

The petitioners are permitted to file reply-cum-written submissions within seven days from today i.e. on or before 05.11.2024 with copy to other respondents and if such reply-cumwritten submissions are filed, respondent No.1 shall consider the same.
