The appellant is filed this application to bring legal heirs of deceased respondent no. 1-Balkrushna on record. The appellant had stated that, Balkrushna died on 05.10.2019 meaning thereby the application is still within limitation.

In view of that, appellant is permitted to bring legal representatives of deceased respondent no. 1 - Balkrushna.

After carrying out necessary amendment, appellant shall serve on legal heirs of respondent no. 1. Put up on 09.01.2020.
