Civil Application No. 1360/2024 filed by Applicant Mrs. Shantabai Jagannath Dhote and Civil Application No.1373/2024 filed by Respondent No.4, for grant of permission to withdraw the amount of Rs.50,000/- each deposited towards security fees of the learned Arbitrator. The said amount was directed to be deposited to the Applicant as well as Respondent No.4 vide order dated 14.09.2016. The Arbitration proceedings are concluded and final Award is passed on 30.12.2017.

As such, there is no claims remain against the Applicant. In view thereof, both the Applications are hereby allowed.

The Applicant is allowed to withdraw the amount of Rs.50,000/- along with accrued interest thereon as well as Respondent No.4 is also permitted to withdraw the amount of Rs.50,000/- along with accrued interest thereon, deposited by both of them in view of order passed on 14.09.2016.

The Registry to disburse the amount in favour of Applicant and Respondent No.4 according to their applications after due verification of bank accounts. Both the Civil Applications stand disposed of. (SMT. M.S. JAWALKAR, J.) Kirtak
