This is an application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure challenging the First Information Report No.234 of 2018 registered with the non-applicant-Police Station for the offences punishable under Sections 354-A, 294, 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3(1)(x)(xi) of the Scheduled Casts and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989.

Ms. Mayuri Deshmukh, learned A.P.P. appearing for the non-applicant states that during pendency of the present application, the prosecution has submitted "B" summary report in respect of subject matter of the present application.
