After hearing rival submissions and after perusing the reply and investigation papers, when the Court was about to dismiss the application, the learned counsel for the applicant submits that he wishes to withdraw the application.

The application is dismissed as withdrawn.

Since the applicant is withdrawing the application this Court is not giving detailed reasons for its dismissal. Needless to mention that the interim order granted on 07.11.2019 by this Court stands vacated. If the application for regular bail moved before the Court below the learned Judge of the said Court shall decide it on its own merits.
