It is submitted by learned counsel for appellants that thrice efforts were made to serve respondent no.2[a], but, the same remained unsuccessful. Residential address of respondent no.2[a] is of Sangli District. Having regard to the said fact and reasons stated in the application, prayer made in the application is granted. Appellants are permitted to serve said respondent by paper publication, by complying with the requisite formalities of depositing

Order 0711cao2029.19 necessary charges for said purpose. However, it is to be noted that in view of the orders passed on 18.10.2019, the paper publication is be made on or before 21.11.2019. Civil Application stands disposed of.

It is brought to the notice of this Court that there is a typographical error in the order dated 18.10.2019, wherein in paragraph nos. 4 and 5, Second Appeal No. 267/2019 is referred, which is to be read as "Second Appeal No. 267/2016". Necessary correction be carried out in the order.
